At Mainline Materials, we strive to ensure your project has the exact supplies it needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened materials within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Materials

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our central processing warehouse, noting the RMA number clearly on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned materials, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
